What is the difference between vintage and antique jewellery?
Antique jewellery is at least 100 years old and originates from historical periods such as the Victorian, Edwardian, or Art Deco eras.
Vintage jewellery is typically between 20 and 99 years old and represents the style of its time, such as Retro, Mid-Century, or the 70s and 80s.
All jewellery in our collection is carefully selected for quality, authenticity, and appearance.
Is all the jewellery original?
Yes. We only sell original vintage and antique jewellery. We do not sell replicas or modern reproductions unless clearly stated in the product description.
Is each piece of jewellery unique?
Yes. Almost all pieces of jewellery are unique. Once a piece of jewellery is sold, the exact same item is usually no longer available.
Authenticity
How do you verify authenticity?
Each piece of jewellery is carefully checked for:

· wear and tear appropriate for its age
Where possible, we use professional testing equipment.
Will I receive a certificate?
For selected jewellery, we provide a certificate of authenticity or a detailed product description. If an official laboratory certificate is available, it will be mentioned in the product information.
Condition
Is vintage jewellery used?
Yes. Vintage and antique jewellery have a history and may show slight signs of wear. Any visible damage will always be honestly described and clearly photographed.
Is the jewellery cleaned?
Yes. All jewellery is professionally cleaned before being shipped. If necessary, they are also checked for wearability and safety.

Are the gemstones natural?

How do I know if a ring fits?
The ring size is stated for each ring.
Are you unsure about your size? Please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help you determine the correct size.
Can rings be enlarged or reduced?
This is possible with many rings. Please contact us in advance so we can advise what is technically feasible.
Ordering
How do I place an order?

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Your order will be carefully packaged in a luxurious jewelry box and shipped securely.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have the legal right of withdrawal for 14 days, unless a legal exception applies.
The jewelry must be returned unused, undamaged, and complete.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method.
Warranty
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We supply jewelry that complies with legal conformity requirements.
Should an unforeseen problem arise that is not a result of normal use or wear, please contact us.
Do vintage jewelry pieces show signs of use?
Yes. Normal signs of use are part of the age of a vintage or antique jewelry piece and do not constitute a defect.

How do I maintain my jewelry?

· store jewelry separately
· clean regularly with a soft cloth
· have valuable jewelry checked periodically
